Placed a Call to Premier Heating & Air. They were prompt and courteous with getting me in as soon as possible they alerted me with an appointment through a text message and they alerted me they were coming out earlier than scheduled which was wonderful. Upon arrival they addressed me by name, introduce themselves as Mike and TJ with Premier Heating & Air, asked me what seemed to be my concern with the problem that I was having besides what they already knew before hand. They addressed my concerns and got to work. They then came in and told me instead of having to order and wait for a part they looked for a part locally found one was going to the store to purchase it and come back and fix my unit. All within an hour and a half I had my heating system up and working again thanks to Premier Heating & Air and their wonderful employees Mike and TJ.
